Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be on a call for my session?

No — and this surprises a lot of people. The standard session is done by proxy: after you submit your intake form, I do the work on my own schedule and send you a written summary. If you’d like to be present, add Live Video (+$25) or In-Person in the Louisville area (+$50).

Do I need to talk about painful memories?

No. The work happens with the subconscious through muscle testing, so there’s no need to relive or discuss difficult experiences for trapped emotions to be identified and released.

How many sessions will I need?

Some people feel a shift after one session; others work through deeper layers over a series. The Emotion Code starts at $45 per session; the Body Code ($100) and Belief Code ($150) go deeper and are more extensive, and Heart-Wall work is done as a focused 3-session series ($160).

Is it safe?

It’s gentle and non-invasive — nothing physical is done to you at all. It’s a complementary wellness practice, not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Can I book a session for someone else?

Yes — proxy sessions are commonly booked on behalf of a child, family member, or friend with their knowledge. Just note who the session is for on the intake form.

What’s the difference between the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code?

The Emotion Code ($45) identifies and releases individual trapped emotions. The Body Code ($100) is more extensive — it covers the whole map of imbalances, including misalignments, nutritional deficiencies, toxins, and energetic blockages. The Belief Code ($150) is the deepest work, uncovering and releasing whole limiting belief systems held in the subconscious. I’ll always suggest the right starting point based on what you share in your intake.

What if I don’t notice a difference?

Everyone experiences release differently — some feel it immediately, others notice a shift over the following days. Reach out any time with questions about your written summary.
